Damaged Orders

If you receive an order with a damaged product, please tell us immediately. We will happily replace your damaged item.

Shipping Policy

We ship from Ashburn, VA (USA) via the United States Postal Service to anywhere in the world.

All orders ship within 1 to 4 business days of the order date.

US orders: we ship at a flat rate of $7.99 via Priority mail (3 to 5 business days)

**We no longer ship first class US mail because we no longer getting tracking information.

All international orders ship USPS International First Class mail at a flat rate of $12.99

Your tracking ID will be posted in your order when it ships. It’s recommended you create an account when you order so that you can log in and see your order status and tracking.

Please know that we have no control over the postal service. International orders take a while and can get stuck in customs. This is beyond our control. Every country is different in how packages are received. Please make sure you check your tracking and contact your postal service if you think your package is in customs.

Exchanges & Returns

You may return your products for a refund or exchange within 30 days from your order date. For international orders, as long as you’ve mailed your order back to us within the 30 days, we will honor the return.

Please let us know the order is on its way and whether you wish for an exchange or a refund.

If you are asking for a refund, we will refund your order less shipping.
